Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At JoyZee, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please take a moment to understand our cancellation, refund, and return guidelines.

 

Order Cancellation

 

You can easily request cancellation of your order through your order history on our website: https://www.joyzee.in/my-profile/my-orders

  • Cancellation requests can be made at any time before the delivery of the order.

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, a “Cancel” button will appear next to the order details. Simply click to initiate the process.

 

For Prepaid Orders:

 

  1. If the order is yet to be shipped, the refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment.

  2. If the order has already been dispatched (marked as "Shipped" or "In-transit"), we will instruct our delivery partner to initiate a return. This typically happens within 24 hours of cancellation. Refunds are processed only after the return process has been initiated. Please note that we will be unable to process a refund if the order gets delivered.

 

Refund Status Updates

 

  • You will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

  • Once your refund is initiated and a reference ID is generated with our payment gateway, you will be informed accordingly. Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

 

Return Policy

 

We currently do not accept returns on delivered products. However, we’re committed to resolving rare issues promptly and fairly. You may request a replacement if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery in any of the following situations:

  1. Incorrect products received

  2. Missing items from your order

  3. Damaged items delivered

  4. Products delivered past expiry

To raise a replacement request, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 93183 54439. Our customer care team may ask for further details, such as images or other information, to verify the issue.

Once approved, a fresh order will be placed under a new Order ID, which you can view in your order history.

 

Other Important Information

 

  • In rare cases, there may be delays or failures in generating a refund reference due to issues at the payment partner’s end. If you do not receive confirmation of your refund within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us on WhatsApp. We will investigate and, if valid, provide a separate link to process your refund manually within 24 hours.

  • Any funds added to a digital wallet on our platform are non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to the original payment source.
